Her blood pressure will decline because of lack of incoming fluids. The lack of water will decrease plasma volume, ultimately lowering blood pressure. This will signal aldosterone and antidiuretic hormone (ADH). Aldosterone will increase sodium reabsorption, which encourages water reabsorption. ADH will directly increase water reabsorption. Collectively, these hormones will send water back to circulation in an attempt to keep blood volume and pressure up. This will decrease urine volume.
