How do some banks help to simplify bank robbery investigations?
What will be an ideal response?
In the case of bank robberies, some banks may use bait money to aid in capturing the robbery suspect. When used, bait money is placed in a specially designated bin in a teller's cash drawer. This cash has had its serial numbers prerecorded so that it can be identified if it is later found in a suspect's possession. In other cases, when bait money is removed from a drawer, a silent alarm will be set off, notifying local police that a robbery is in progress.
