Explain the difference between autolysis and putrefaction. What are these processes dependent on?

What will be an ideal response?

Autolysis is fundamentally self-digestion by the cell's own enzymes and varies from organ to organ depending on the mechanism of death, the enzyme content of the respective organs, the position of the body, and environmental factors.
Putrefaction is decomposition carried out by microorganisms, such as bacteria. The rate of putrefaction is dependent upon mechanism of death, factors allowing bacteria to spread from the bowel, presence or absence of infection, environmental temperatures and humidity, degree of obesity, extent of clothing, etc.
