Hold a multicultural fair or food festival. Have multicultural celebrations. Supplement textbooks with authentic material from different cultures taken from newspapers, magazines, and other media. Use community resources such as art and history museums for lesson ideas and study works in science, art, music, and literature of various cultures. Take field trips to multicultural sites. Establish pen pal or video exchange programs.
