Briefly describe the difference between a "full-compliance" and a "hardship" discharge.

What will be an ideal response?

A full-compliance discharge is received by a Chapter 13 debtor when all payments under a Chapter 13 plan have been paid. A hardship discharge is available without making all payments under a Chapter 13 plan only if the debtor's failure to complete the payments is due to circumstances for which the debtor should not be held accountable, the best-interests test is met, and modification of the plan is not practicable.
