What will be an ideal response?

Should describe strong reciprocity as individuals being inclined to abide by social norms (i.e. sacrifice something of themselves) where they are members of groups or communities wherein individuals collectively benefit from abiding by social norms and punishing those who violate important norms. Altruistic punishment refers to the willingness to sacrifice something of oneself to ensure that cheaters or norm violators face consequences for violating rules (e.g., tax dollars for criminal trials, prisons, etc.).
