Explain the problems created by the diversity of Hispanic Americans.
What will be an ideal response?
Because Hispanics come from different backgrounds, they have different issues with which they are concerned. Cuban Americans, for example, are concerned with U.S. policy toward Cuba while Mexican Americans are not. Mexican Americans may be more concerned than Cuban Americans about immigration issues. The differences make it difficult to have a united movement fighting for common goals.
