How is intelligent placement used to determine the best host for a virtual machine?
What will be an ideal response?
Microsoft's intelligent placement feature is used to automatically determine the best host computer on which to place a virtual machine. Various performance ratings for items such as CPUs, memory, and disks are collected from the virtual machine's hardware profile and the host computer where the virtual machine will potentially run.
This information is combined to generate a set of ratings for each host in the host group. To specify your placement preferences and access the Placement Settings window, click the Administration bar in the lower-left corner of the console window, click the General tab, click Placement Settings, and click Modify in the right pane. Slide the bars to adjust the settings.
