required if successive sectors are on the same track and the difference between sector numbers is greater than 1? The following data is presented as (t,s), where t is the track number and s is the sector number.
(12,25), (12,27), (12,39), (12,40), (13,90), (11,108), (26,25), (26,24), (200,19)

For each seek there is a track step time and a rotational latency. The rotational latency is one half of a
revolution, or ½ x 1/120s = ½ x 8.333ms = 4.1667 ms
