Examples include morality crimes such as drug use, sexual conduct, and other behavior that does not involve a clear victim. Undercriminalization refers to the fact that the criminal law fails to prohibit acts that many feel should be criminalized. Examples include corporate violence, racism, structured inequality, and systematic wrongdoing by political officials.
