Home spot

What will be an ideal response?

members of a group stand up and huddle with arms around each other's shoulders as if they were a football team. Each member of the group is asked to pick out a spot in the room where he or she would like to take the group, but to keep it a secret. Leader instructs the group members to take the group to his or her spot. Since there is no clear direction of where the group is going, there is a bit of tussling as each member tries to move the group to his or her designated spot. Leader then ask group about experience and ways of finding direction and avoiding conflict are then discussed with the group.
