What will be an ideal response?
First, it is brain-based and physiological in nature. Second, strengths development is relational. When relationships affirm one’s strengths, one tends to feel good about oneself. When relationships disconfirm a person’s strengths, one may not feel validated as a person. Third, strengths development is a process of dialogic conversations with the self and with one’s significant audiences.
