Which hormone lowers blood volume and blood pressure?

What will be an ideal response?

Atrial natriuretic peptide (ANP) lowers blood volume and blood pressure by dilating the afferent arterioles and constricting the efferent arterioles of the glomeruli. These actions increase the glomerular filtration rate (GFR); a high GFR leads to more fluid loss which leads to a lower blood volume and in turn, a lower blood pressure.
