What will be an ideal response?

Physical inactivity is not only important on its own as a risk factor but also has an impact on other risk factors such as obesity, hypertension, high triglycerides, and diabetes. The recommendation for children 6-17 years of age is for 60 minutes of moderate to vigorous physical activity per day. For adults 18 and up, the recommendation is for 2 hours and 30 minutes of moderate intensity activity per week and muscle strengthening at least 2 days a week. The relative risk of coronary artery disease associated with physical inactivity is 1.5-2.4.
