How are victim facilitation and victim provocation similar and different?

What will be an ideal response?

Both victim facilitation and victim provocation describe ways that the victim might be partially responsible for their victimization. However, they fall at different places along the spectrum of “victim precipitation.” Victim facilitation is when a victim is slightly responsible for their victimization because they made the crime easier to commit. Victim provocation occurs when a victim is mostly responsible for their victimization because they incited the act against themselves.
