What does a biological scientist do?

What will be an ideal response?

Biological scientists have many options based on their interests. They
could work in an academic laboratory, studying diff erent aspects of living
organisms ranging from genetics to molecular biology, to ecology (the
study of how organisms interact together and within their environment),
and to physiology (the study of how the diff erent body systems work). They
could work in the biotechnology industry or in a governmental agency,
such as the EPA, as an environmental biologist studying the eff ects of
industry on wildlife. Information concerning these options can be found at
the Department of Labor Web site or through Internet searching
