I would use an analysis tool that can take in textual data as input and outputs quantitative data. A tool that can create word frequencies and word clould will be a starting point. Based on the quantitative data, we can run additional analyses such as summary statistics, frequency counts etc. The tool should also have the capability to summarize the comments.?
