Describe at least 3 ways you can increase your academic self-efficacy

What will be an ideal response?

Academic self-efficacy refers to one's belief about their ability to successfully complete academic work. To improve academic self-efficacy, students will need courage to take risks and try new academic tasks. Efficacy can be increased by accomplishing goals. Mapping out the sub-goals or steps needed to achieve your desired goal will increase the likelihood of achievement. Being willing to ask for help and remembering that mistakes are bound to happen can also promote higher levels of self-efficacy.
