The concept of incorporation relates to the due process clause in which amendment?
What will be an ideal response?
By incorporation, we mean that the justices interpreted the due process clause of the Fourteenth Amendment, which says no state shall deprive a person of life, liberty, or property without "due process of law," as prohibiting states from abridging certain individual rights. Many of these rights are included in the Bill of Rights, and hence these rights were included (or incorporated) in the definition of due process. There are several different approaches to incorporation.
