A listing agreement should include, but need not be limited to, the following terms: (1) the names of the parties, (2) the commencement and termination dates of the agreement, (3) a description of the real property, (4) a description of the type of listing established, (5) the amount of commission, (6) the listing price of the property, and (7) the rights and responsibilities of the broker.
