What are some different types of service that may be recommended post treatment? What is the purpose of each?

What will be an ideal response?

No client can be expected to have resolved all their issues or gained mastery over potential situations. Discharge from treatment is a start, not a finish. Referrals should be made for known issues a client has. For instance, if there are still unresolved marital relationship issues, they should be referred to a marriage counselor; if they have fallen behind in school, a referral should be made to their guidance counselor; etc.
