What will be an ideal response?

Controlled media are channels in which practitioners can control the content of the message and the
manner in which it is disseminated. With uncontrolled media, someone else exercises that control.
However, because that control is in someone else's hands, the resulting message is seen as being less
biased and more credible (third-party endorsement). Controlled media usually are more expensive
than uncontrolled media.
