Is the scientific method just for scientists? Why is it important that a

nonscience student understand the scientific method? How do you think that
this method can be used in everyday life?

What will be an ideal response?

The scientific method is not just for scientists. The scientific method is a paradigm
(model) for problem-solving that is very useful in everyday life. The ability to make
observations about a problem, formulate a question, and test the relationship
between the variables in order to solve a problem is an important practical skill for
everyone. An agriscientist will find that the scientific method will help solve almost
any practical problem that arises.
