How does Bandura’s concept of reinforcement compare to Skinner’s?

What will be an ideal response?

Bandura believes that reinforcement (consequences of behaviors) is just one factor that influences behavior. Skinner believes that consequences of behavior (reinforcement and punishment) are the only factors that influence behavior. Bandura also suggests that reinforcement is more cognitive than what Skinner suggested.
