When composing a message, you can configure voting options by using the Properties dialog box. For example, you can choose to use voting buttons as well as request delivery and read receipts. To configure voting options:
1. While composing a message, tap or click OPTIONS on the ribbon to display the OPTIONS tab.
2. Tap or click the Use Voting Buttons button (OPTIONS tab | Tracking group) to display a list of options.
