How coordination among all teachers at a grade level produce more powerful Tier 1 instructional grouping?
What will be an ideal response?
Teachers at a grade level can coordinate their groups and place students in the group that best matches their needs. If three first grade teachers work together they could form nine groups, each at a distinct instructional level. Among these nine groups students could be placed much more closely to their ideal instructional level. This could support more effective and efficient instruction for students at all performance levels.
