How do you think the safety and health training an employee receives during in-processing orientation and job site specific training would differ?

What will be an ideal response?

Safety training should be mandatory for all new hires as part of their orientation and for all employees any time they change positions or job sites. Orientation training should be generic and broadly applicable. In addition, job-site specific training should be provided before a new employee is allowed to begin work. Updating training should be provided periodically so that new information is communicated to employees and old information is refreshed. Training, as a requirement, appears in numerous OSHA regulations.
