Describe the operation of the first digital robot programs.
What will be an ideal response?
The first approach for computer programming of the robot involved using a
language designed around the needs of the robot. The result was a programming
language or technique that was great for controlling the robot, but difficult for
users to work with. Programming these systems was unlike any other
programming of the day and this language was not well suited to data processing.
