3. Resistance to diversity program priorities, as when employees feel that diversity programs distract them from their real work.
4. A negative diversity climate, where employees do not feel that the organization is fair to all types of employees, or where employees do not have the psychological safety to to express their ideas and beliefs without fear of negative consequences.
5. Lack of support for family demands, such as a lack of flexibility for working mothers.
6. A hostile work environment for diverse employees, such as older people, women, LGBTQ people, and other minority groups.
