In what ways is malnutrition considered a “hidden hunger?”

What will be an ideal response?

Malnutrition is the “hidden hunger.” It can be masked by getting adequate calories or even being overweight. The consequences are not hidden. Symptoms and consequences of malnutrition are best examined in children.
