Describe three things that can happen when you give a solution prematurely to another person

What will be an ideal response?

When you give a solution prematurely to a problem, the following three things can happen:
1 . The solution given works. When you approach your boss with a problem and he gives you his solution and it works wonderfully well, you will likely seek him out for a solution to your next problem. This may develop into a habit and you become dependent on his problem-solving expertise. This is undesirable, especially if he has a department full of dependent problem solvers. He will never be able to take a vacation.

2 . The solution given fails. Another possibility is that the solution he gives you fails miserably and the result makes your life a living hell. You may be very angry with him; this is also very bad.

3 . Ignore the solution given. The third possibility is that you will just ignore his solution and seek advice from someone else or try and solve it yourself. Of the three possibilities, this is probably the most desirable one.

2 . List and describe five tips to remember about the Five Continua of Responses.
