What is meant by a systematic approach to troubleshooting? Include the four steps to diagnostic troubleshooting outlined in your textbook.
What will be an ideal response?
The process of troubleshooting consists of four steps. The first step is to verify the problem. That means you must be able to duplicate the customer's contention. After you have verified the problem then you must isolate the problem by figuring out which system of the machine is affected. Then you must repair the problem. This is usually the easiest step. And finally you must verify that the problem is fixed.
