This is likely to occur. Globalization has been much in the news of late. Of
course, the hope is that increasing opportunity elsewhere will not impact the developed
countries adversely. It appears that the economic impetus to globalization is sufficiently
great and the loyalty of multinational corporations to their home countries sufficiently loose
that this won't occur as hoped.
