ANSWER: Students eligible under ADA are entitled to accommodations and/or modifications to
their educational program that will ensure that they receive an appropriate education
comparable to that of their peers without disabilities. Students eligible under IDEA are
entitled to special education and related services to ensure that they receive a FAPE.
