Explain why you need to give consideration to the amount of time a research study will require.

What will be an ideal response?

Ans: Answer would ideally include: The researcher must be able to plan ahead and determine roughly how much time it will take to complete the proposed study. You must consider and evaluate the potential time requirements of the study in relation to the time available. All things being equal, if given the option, it is better to identify a topic (or scale back a broader topic) such that the study can be completed in the available time period. After all, this is far preferable to running out of time and not being able to complete your study.
