What constitutes sexual harassment?

What will be an ideal response?

Sexual harassment may occur in either of two forms: quid pro quo harassment or hostile environment harassment. Quid pro quo harassment occurs when an agent or supervisor of the employer uses his position to induce a female employee to grant him sexual favors. The exchange of continued employment or job benefits for sex suggests the name quid pro quo. The essence of a quid pro quo harassment is that the victim must choose between suffering economic disadvantage or enduring sexual advances. Hostile environment harassment occurs when unwelcome conduct of a sexual nature creates a hostile working environment.
