What will be an ideal response?
The consensus view of crime is that people agree on the nature of social harms using social morality to determine rights and wrongs. Not all people agree, however, and not all people use the same values and morals to determine social harm. According to the conflict view of crime, different interest groups define social harm according to who has the power to define the laws and social harms at any given point in time.
