Compare how the process of cloning differs when a vector with sticky ends is used and when a vector with blunt ends is used

What will be an ideal response?

Answer: All blunt-ended products are capable of joining together, however not all sticky ends will bind to each other. For example, an overhang of one G requires that another product must contain one nucleotide overhang and must be the complementary nucleotide (C). This usually means sticky-ended products must be digested by the same restriction endonuclease.
