Describe the statement of actions and accountabilities.
What will be an ideal response?
The statement of actions and accountabilities should clearly delineate the responsibilities and expectations for each and every individual worker. Operationally, these actions and accountabilities are usually expressed in some type of formal organizational document like a procedure manual. The contents of that manual serve as the tangible basis for structuring and running the training and awareness process and then assessing individual performance. The actions and accountabilities in that manual should be consistent with the general security requirements and security policies of the organization for each individual employee group. The aim is to assure that all requisite behaviors for each group align with the overall security aims of the company as a whole.
