"Sisters Together: Move More, Eat Better" illustrates the components of a comprehensive, effective program for adults. As a national initiative of the Weight-control Information Network (WIN), this health awareness program encourages African-American women ages 18 and older to maintain a healthy weight by becoming more physically active and by eating nutritious foods.
