non-lawyers potentially practice law when they engage in what types of activities?
What will be an ideal response?
Non-lawyers potentially practice law when they engage in, giving legal advice or opinions to clients, when they create and sign legal documents without the review of a lawyer, and representing others in court. A non-lawyer must let it be known that they are a paralegal to all clients and must present themselves as such to lawyers. A failure to do this can be potentially practicing law because the persons you are talking to may assume you are a lawyer and take the information you give them as information a certified lawyer has given them instead of a paralegal.
