Review the end of a natural life cycle proposal in regard to rationing health care. Defend or refute the concept. Base your decision on ethically relevant concepts

The idea is to allocate resources for health care over the entire natural life cycle and begin to reduce what would be provided beyond the end of it. On the surface it is a system that might promote ageism, and the criteria would need to be carefully monitored. However, it would seem to have merit if the system was a closed loop, where any money saved by the health care system would be put back into the system to raise the availability of services for all.
