Identify the nursing responsibilities associated with giving albuterol

What will be an ideal response?

Albuterol causes tachycardia. L.S. should have a cardiac monitor, an automatic blood pressure (BP)
machine, and a pulse oximeter to monitor HR and rhythm and O2
saturation. In addition, check
breath sounds before and after treatment, and evaluate for signs of dyspnea (positioning, accessory
muscle use). Lastly, after the treatment, assess whether L's breathing has improved.
