What steps should you take to follow up after an interview?
Interview follow-up includes evaluating your interview performance, reminding prospective employers of your qualifications for and interest in the job after your interview, and encouraging the employer to make a hiring decision and to inform you of it. The key to good interview follow-up is immediate action. Note: Job applicants often neglect effective follow-up. When qualifications are equal, follow-up can be the deciding factor in hiring.
