Positive people are more pleasant to be around. No one wants to spend time with someone who brings out the worst in everyone. Positive attitudes include things such as willingness to try new things, willingness to upgrade your skills, willingness to accept a challenge, being creative, multitasking, flexibility, productivity, willingness to middle manage, being self-motivated, avoiding complaints and excuses, being responsible, accepting responsibility for your mistakes, understanding your limitations, and socializing.
