Explain how the four phases of the Integrative model develop critical-thinking skills

What will be an ideal response?

In the first phase of the Integrative model, students examine similarities and differences within and across data examined. In the second phase, they examine the collected data collected to explain why or how the identified similarities and differences exist, an exercise that entails scrutinizing data to compare and contrast salient traits. The third phase involves synthesizing these explanations to develop formal hypotheses, followed by broad generalizations developed about the content in the fourth phase.
