Would you expect scar tissue to be found in bone? Explain
What will be an ideal response?
Most connective tissues, such as bone, regenerate easily through division of their immature cells. Therefore, we would not expect to see scar tissue in bone. Wound healing involves the regeneration and replacement of damaged or dead cells with cells of the same type. The function of the damaged bone tissue is completely restored.
