Describe the difference between rural and urban communities

What will be an ideal response?

Communities are often described as rural or urban. Population size usually distinguishes rural and urban communities, but this distinction has been criticized as arbitrary and devoid of significance. Other distinguishing criteria used have been density of population and legal status of the locality as rural or urban. A rural community consists of a group of families on contiguous land who generally think of themselves as living in the same locality. Urban communities generally consist of a large group of people living in a small geographical area who have their own government and engage in various economic enterprises.
