These automatic stay provisions are however, not applicable to actions to establish paternity; to establish or modify orders for alimony, support or maintenance; for the collection of alimony maintenance or support from property that is not in the property of the bankruptcy estate; or to withhold, suspend, or restrict a driver's license or a professional, occupational, or recreational license.
