List exceptions, if any, to the Employee Polygraph Protection Act's ban on polygraph testing
The Employee Polygraph Protection Act does not completely ban the use of polygraph exams. Employers may test employees who are reasonably suspected of conduct injurious to the business, as well as applicants or employees in certain businesses involving security services or the handling of drugs. In addition, the act does not restrict federal, state or local government employers from administering polygraph exams.
